Kathryn Pritchard

Accounts and Property Management

Kathryn began her career in the real estate industry in 1995 as a receptionist before quickly progressing into property management and later taking on the role of Accounts Manager. Today, she manages the company’s accounts, including the Rental Trust Account, undertakes property management responsibilities, and provides valued sales support.

With extensive experience across accounts, property management and sales support, Kathryn plays an integral role in the efficient day-to-day operation of the agency.

Michael Stephens

Sales, Leasing and Property Management

Michael has been building his reputation in real estate since 2008. He specialises in selling and leasing properties with one priority above all else: you. By forging close, lasting client relationships, Michael sets a new benchmark in care and service — because he knows that's what real property investment success looks like.
