Kathryn Pritchard

Accounts and Property Management

Kathryn’s career in property management began in 1995 as receptionist. She was soon promoted to Property Manager and went on to become an Accounts Manager. Kathryn now manages accounts, caretaking and provides property management support to JSF Landlords. Kathryn is responsible for the Rental Trust Account which is externally audited three times a year. An annual report is lodged with the Office of Fair Trading which confirms our compliance as per legislation.

Michael Stephens

Sales, Leasing and Property Management

Michael has been involved in the real estate industry since 2008. Michael facilitates the leasing and marketing of your property while keeping you at the centre of the process. He believes forging close, working relationships is key to property investment success and sets a new benchmark in client care and service.
